Blissoma's toners are not astringents. They are actually hydrating for your skin. You can use them after cleansing and before moisturizing like many lines recommend. If you are using our Fresh Mild Rice Cleanser or Free Rejuvenating Herbal Gel Cleanser your skin won't actually need it's PH balance, as those are perfectly acidic cleansers that won't disturb your acid mantle. Blissoma Toner can be used as a refreshing mist throughout the day. Keep a toner in your desk at work or in the fridge to give yourself a cool spritz on warm days. Or use Tone to balance your facial skin's Ph after splashing with water or washing with another cleanser that may not be Ph correct.
